Working with Sylviane has brought great structure and direction to my routines. Sylviane knows my strengths and my not so strong points. I thought I was flexible before I started working with Sylviane but my right side was far too flexible for my left side and it was causing me problems in my back. Sylviane works with me every session to help bring my flexibility to its best and she has brought some delightful and energetic choreography to my routines.

I am not a dancer, however Sylviane has created some fun dance moves that I feel comfortable doing. She pushes me and challenges me to try new things and to not give up on elements that may not have worked for me in the past.

Sylviane has such a great and happy personality, but when it is time to get to work, she puts her 100% undivided attention towards my routine, and that makes me feel very happy.

Golf is a great sport for fun, competition and fellowship. It requires twisting and torque of the lower extremity joints and back. This stress to the body is even difficult for flexible bodies (many pros have back and hip problems) but as I have gotten older and less flexible, I get back, knee and shoulder problems. Thank goodness for my 3 year comprehensive workout with Sylviane which includes weights, stretching, and pilates. I can optimize my strength and flexibility which allows me to play as a 15 handicap on our Team and to win tournaments (when I have a good partner!) and I can do it without pain!

I was approaching my 48th birthday, knowing 50 wasn't far away and I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. I didn't like how I felt and I wanted more energy. I wanted my clothes to fit. I wanted to plan for a long active life with my young children. But, I needed someone to help me. I needed someone to teach me the right way to get fit and how to stay fit. No small order. I encourage anyone that requires serious personal training to use Sylviane Chapoulaud for their training needs. She is more knowledgeable, experienced, and enthusiastic than any other personal trainer I've ever met.

I first came to Sylviane for help with severe rotator cuff pain, as a last resort to surgery. I had already been to several physical therapists with no improvement. Sylviane created an effective, and pain-free training regimen and today my shoulder is totally without pain and is the strongest it's ever been!

A couple of years ago I had a ski injury that required major ACL (knee) reconstructive surgery. As soon as I was walking, Sylviane designed a personalized training program for me. Over the course of the next six months, I regained all of my range of motion and leg strength lost to surgery. I was skiing again exactly nine months later, thanks to Sylviane
