my routines. Sylviane knows my strengths and my not so strong
points. I thought I was flexible before I started working
with Sylviane but my right side was far too flexible for my
left side and it was causing me problems in my back. Sylviane
works with me every session to help bring my flexibility to
its best and she has brought some delightful and energetic
choreography to my routines.

This stress to the body is even difficult for flexible bodies
(many pros have back and hip problems) but as I have gotten
older and less flexible, I get back, knee and shoulder problems.
Thank goodness for my 3 year comprehensive workout with Sylviane
which includes weights, stretching, and pilates. I can optimize
my strength and flexibility which allows me to play as a 15
handicap on our Team and to win tournaments (when I have a
good partner!) and I can do it without pain!
